How we handle your data.

We collect the minimum information needed to call you back about an interest-free leasing offer. We never sell, share, or repurpose your data.

Who we are

Fateh Leasing Halal Ltd. (Israeli Co. Reg. 517332953) is the controller of personal data on this site. You can reach our data protection contact at privacy@fatehleasinghalal.com.

What we collect

When you submit the lead form we store: your full name, phone number, email address, city, the language you used the site in, and a HMAC-hashed copy of your IP address. The IP hash exists only to detect abuse and rate-limit form submissions; the original IP is not retained.

Why we collect it

Solely so a sales representative can call or message you back about a leasing quote. We do not run advertising trackers, do not build audience profiles, and do not pass any of this information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Three processors handle parts of the request on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Resend (the transactional email that notifies our team), and Cloudflare (anti-bot challenge on the form). All three are bound by data-processing agreements that require them to use your data only to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

Lead records and any internal notes are deleted automatically 18 months after creation. Consent records (proof you agreed to be contacted) are kept for 5 years to comply with statute-of-limitations requirements, and contain no marketing data.

Your rights

Under GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Email privacy@fatehleasinghalal.com from the address you submitted; we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the strictly-necessary cookies the form needs to work (Supabase session, Cloudflare anti-bot). We do not set analytics or advertising cookies.

Changes

We will publish any material change to this policy on this page and bump the consent text version, so the next time you submit a form you will see and confirm the updated text.
